September 2026 Secondments
Between 6 and 26 September 2026, the TALENT PASS consortium completed 15 mobilities involving 14 talents from five home institutions.
Among the home institutions sending talents, ICMPP, the project coordinator, led the implementation. It sent 14 weeks of secondments across seven talents. ECOIND followed with 8 weeks, while NIC and IST-ID each sent 2 weeks.
Among the host institutions receiving talents, UNISMART led the implementation by hosting 11 weeks across 6 secondments. OPC followed with 6 weeks (3 secondments) and NIC with 4 weeks (2 secondments). CROWDHELIX hosted 3 weeks (3 secondments) and FARPLAS hosted 2 weeks of secondment activity (1 secondment).
Profiles and Directions of Secondments
By staff category, the September secondments involved seven researchers, six members of the administrative staff, and one member of the management staff took part in the secondments.
In terms of geographical distribution, 12 secondments, corresponding to 20 mobility weeks, were implemented from widening to non-widening countries, while 3 secondments, accounting for 6 mobility weeks, took place between widening countries.
From an intersectoral perspective, 11 secondments were carried out from the academic to the non-academic sector, and 4 took place between academic institutions.
Turning Mobility into Shared Knowledge
The talents returning from their September secondments will bring their experience into the post-secondment Knowledge Transfer / Debriefing Sessions. These sessions bring together returning talents, their home institution mentors and other project talents to share lessons learned and good practices across the consortium. With over 90% of the 2026 allocation delivered, the consortium now turns its attention to the 2027–2028 mobility sequence.
