Talent Pass team members at Green Energy Expo & Romenvirotec 2026 – Building sustainable futures

From March 3–5, 2026, a part of Talent Pass team joined Romania`s largest event for renewable energy and environmental protection: Green Energy Expo & Romenvirotec, held at Romexpo, in Bucharest. This exhibition created a complex ecosystem, approaching the “city of future” through an integrated lens – covering energy, water management, waste handling, urban mobility, and digitalization – as a unified whole. Hosting two exhibition pavilions, over 200 exhibitors, and more than 700 international brands, the event served as a gateway for introducing cutting-edge European technologies and innovative concepts to the Romanian market.

Talent Pass team members utilized this opportunity to raise awareness among both public stakeholders (such as the Ministry of Environment, Waters, and Forests, the National Administration of Romanian Waters - ANAR, and the regional water operator in Bucharest), and private sector leaders (e.g. Romanian Compost Association, Aqua D&P – Microcat, Consitrans, etc) through engaging and dynamic networking sessions either at the INCD ECOIND partner stand and during dedicated conferences. These interactions have further positioned Talent Pass as a catalyst for sustainable professional development in Romania.

A key highlight was the involvement of the promising participants from Talent Pass secondments’ competition. In line with the project’s secondment and mentoring objectives, young professionals were guided to experience high-level industry interactions first-hand. This allowed them to identify the latest trends and hot topics within the circular economy and environmental sectors directly from the source. For the young participants, the event served as a practical orientation path, effectively closing the gap between academic study and the hands-on realities of the green economy.

We are excited about the collaborations sparked and the path ahead!
Stay tuned for more updates on sustainable Talent Pass project initiatives!
